List in the schedule

You can adjust the schedule display by listing something else than "User". For instance, you can list "Task" and see the scheduled tasks on the left hand side of the screen.

Group in the schedule

You have the option to group by any field in your shifts and registries. This means that you can set up an overview where you see, for example, which employees are working on which project or what task each of them is assigned to do.

Filter in the schedule

When you click on "Filter" you get a couple of options:

  • Hide rows with shifts - choose to get an overview of available personnel and parts of your business which still needs to be booked
  • Hide rows without shifts - choose to remove empty rows without shifts and get a better overview of booked shifts
  • Only show published shifts - choose to get an overview of shifts which your personnel has already been notified of
  • Only show unpublished shifts - choose to get an overview of shifts which your personnel has not yet been notified of
  • Add tag filter - you can filter by tags you have available in your account

Press "Filter" >> "Add a tag filter". Choose a tag from the list. The filter appears on a yellow row below the button "Filter".

Click on the filter if you wish to add another tag to it. You can choose to only show users with your chosen tags meaning that they must have all of them. Another option is to show those users who have any of your chosen tags meaning that it is enough for the users to have one of them to appear on the schedule.

  • Add register filter - you can filter by user, customer, task and other registry entries connected to your shifts

Press "Filter" >> "Add register filter" >> "Users". A filter called "Users" appears on a yelow row below button "Filter". Click on the filter and choose whether the filter is to include or exclude the names you choose from the user list. To find the names quicker you can type a couple of letters in the field called "Users".

Save filter tabs

You can save your settings in separate tabs for future use by clicking the plus sign at the top left corner in the schedule. Fill in the name of your new tab and press "Save". All your tabs once created are available at the left top corner in the schedule.
