Invoice templates let you adjust the layout of your invoices.

You can find your invoice templates under ⚙️ at the top right corner on the page Invoice templates.

To add a new template you simply click on + Add, fill in the fields and click Save.

Click on the pen to the right to edit an existing template.

- Prio: General templates should have the lowest priority while templates with filters should have the highest (number 1 is the highest prio).

- Name: Add a name that helps you understand template's contents.

- Date interval on first row: Check the box if you want the invoicing period to be visible in your invoices.

- Remove blank rows: Check the box if you want to remove spaces between the rows in your invoices (this will make them more compact).

- Time interval (inline group): Groups invoice rows by each time report's start and end time (format example: 12:00-14:00), appears on the same row as the invoice article.

- Date: Groups invoice rows after date (format example: Monday 23/5 w21 2022), appears on it's own row.

- Date (inline group): Groups invoice rows after date (format example: Monday 23/5 w21 2022), appears on the same row as the invoice article.

- Date comment (inline group): Groups invoice rows by any comment left in the Date comment field.
