To reset your password click on Forgot your password? at the login page, fill in either your e-mail address or user name and click on Send.
If you have more than one profile in Timezynk fill in the user name instead of e-mail address to reset the password for a specific profile.
Open your email inbox and click on the email from from Timezynk Support. In the email you will have to click on Create new password. Fill in your new password and click on Save new password.
Tip! You password will be stronger and easier to remember if you write a whole sentence with multipule words and spaces.
- Your new password is too weak (you receive a warning saying Password is too weak and the line(-s) under the field is/are red). Give it another try and come up with a stronger password.
- You are using an old email to reset your password (72 hours have passed since you have received the email). Please request a new email.
- You have already reset your password using the link in the email (it can be only used once). Please request a new email.
