How do I send messages as SMS?

Activate the SMS module

Contact our support to have the SMS module activated for your account. Once the module is active, you can start using the SMS function in the system.

Verify phone number

To send SMS to a user, the user must have verified their phone number. This is done as follows:

1. Navigate to My profile.
2. Enter your phone number in the phone number field and press Save.
3. Click on Verify number. A verification message will be sent to your number with a code that you enter in the system to confirm your phone number.

Note: All users who are to receive SMS must have verified phone numbers.

Send an SMS

Once the SMS module is activated and users have verified phone numbers, you can send messages as SMS.

1. Create a message as usual in the system.
2. Click on Send SMS. The sender of the message will be your company.
