How do I update my customer and billing information?

If your company details, such as billing address or organization number, have changed, you can adjust them directly on your account.

Please note that in order to change customer and billing information for your company in Timezynk, you need to have an owner role.

Follow these steps to change your company information: 

  1. Open General settings (the gear icon in the top right corner)
  2. Click on Company profile
  3. Edit the desired information under the headings Customer details and Billing information
  4. Click on Save

Customer details: 

  • Company name - Your company name 
  • Contact name - The person who regularly uses Timezynk or is responsible for it 
  • Contact email - Email address of the person who regularly uses Timezynk or is responsible for it 
  • Contact phone - Phone number of the person who regularly uses Timezynk or is responsible for it

Billing information:

  • Company name - Your company name (this name appears on your invoices from Timezynk)
  • Corporate identity number - Identification number for your company
  • VAT number - Your VAT registration number (this number appears on your invoices from Timezynk)
  • Invoice contact - The person we can contact regarding billing (the person's name appears on your invoices from Timezynk) 
  • Email (Invoice contact) - Email address of the person we can contact regarding billing
  • Phone (Invoice contact) - Phone number of the person we can contact regarding billing Email (Invoice by email) - Email address where we can send invoices
  • Billing address - Address where your company is registered
